1. Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, I am able to offer secure online sessions to anyone within Alberta.
2. Do you direct bill?

Currently, we are able to direct bill to the following insurance companies:

  • *NEW* – Telus eClaims
  • *NEW* – Non-Insured Health Benefits Program (NIHB)
  • Alberta Blue Cross
  • Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan (ASEPB)
  • Green shield
  • Medavie Blue Cross

I am a registered provider for Sunlife but cannot direct bill at this time.

3. What is your cancellation policy?
Milestones Psychology requires 24 hour notice of cancelations, otherwise the full session is payable.
4. Are you able to treat First Nations clients?

I welcome First Nations clients. I have recently registered with Health Canada and can direct bill through the NIHB program.

5. What methods of payment do you accept?

Visa debit, credit card, Interac debit, cash, e-transfer, and some insurance providers.

6. What is your rate?

My rate is $220 per hour.

7. Do you offer a sliding scale?
I have limited spaces for clients who need a sliding scale. Contact me directly to discuss this option.
8. Do you offer a free initial consultation?
Yes, I am happy to chat with you for a 15 minute consultation to ensure that it is a good fit. There is no charge for the fifteen minute consultation.
